Welcome here, Adam!
The carb T's people talk about are indicated in the drawing below.
From there, two hoses upwards meet in the center T #20
This part #20 is where your hose to the airbox is to be connected, too
Where does this hose go?!

Re: Where does this hose go?!
Those diagrams are great! Thanks for all the help so far. I took this photo of the spot between carb 1 and 2 where that hose is supposed to go. I can see 3 things connecting the 2 carbs. 1) Closest to the rail. 2) Solid metal one below that (below as the photo sits) and 3) and below that, a rubber tube that you can barely see that, if I remember correctly, has a notch cut out of the bottom of it. Am I supposed to have those T's somewhere in there?

I don't know why my picture does not show. Volker's is better anyway.

These T's are supposed to sit betwen carbs 1+2 and again between 3+4.
The free end for the hoses is supposed to point upwards.
The carbs would need to be separated for replacement.
Here you can see them out of the carbs: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5890 and here installed viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4747

Re: Where does this hose go?!
The best I can figure out for my carbs is this: There are rubber hoses connecting carbs 1&2 and 3&4 that have diamond shaped notches cut out the bottom of them. When I had the carbs apart, I noticed those notches seemed hand-cut, but being the novice I am, thought little of it. I think the PO may have replaced the rotted T's with new lines and cut those notches to let the carbs vent instead of replacing the T's. After seeing the cost, I am not surprised. In theory, this should work for venting. Instead of pulling my carbs back out and back apart, I'm going to move forward with getting it started and see how it runs. I will come back and follow up later.
Thanks again for the help so far everyone!
