Head gasket seepage

All the Honda inline fours weep a bit of oil from the head gasket. After a 100 mile ride today on my "new" 650 I noticed the left side of the lotor at the head gasket seems to weep a bit more than usual. I had oil on a few fins and it looked like oil was doing more than just seeping. Question: can one tighten the head bolts (to spec of course) or is replacement the only way to go? Thanks.

There are six rubber "pucks" that sit in the cylinder head that cover the holes for the cylinder head bolts. This is most likely where this oil is coming from. They are part number 13 on this diagram:

Are those available from Honda or do I look at Ebay? Would anyone here have a set to buy? Thanks for the quick reply.
