Need Gearing Advice

Now I am a little bit confused because I would think that the RC03 frame with its straight rear tubes beneath the seat would have been the easier start to get where you are now. Actually this seems to me the most obvious difference between the RC03 and RC05 frames.
Anyway you solved that already quite nicely. From what I see now I would guess that nevertheless either of them would be the weakest component of your really nice project.
