Bigger front disc, seen this bike?

Has anyone read or found details about this 650? I'm curious about the disc and caliper he uses at front.

The 1982 standard has a one dual piston caliper. Comparing with pictures in the "show it off" section may help to find out if it was used here.
No idea about the disk.
