Sorry for your bike. Hope you are all right.
Have a look along the front fork to verify it is still straight, it bends quite quickly. Look at the brake disk too, just to be sure.
Any pics of the lawnmower?

Well, I parked it in a parking lot in the far back corner of the lot thinking it would be ok. I had been drinking and left it there so I could get a ride home and not ride the bike. I came back the next day after work and found it as such.

Apparently, what had happened was that a landscaping company was loading one of their big lawnmowers on a trailer, the guy didn't secure it went to the truck to get something and it rolled off the trailer into and over my bike..

Forks are bent i know this, as are the handlebars you can kind of see that in the pics. I am worried that the frame might have gotten screwed but i can't pull it apart until the whole insurance thing is done.

Dont tear it apart immediately. For the frame, I would first straighten the fork tubes (e.g. like some crazy guy described here ) , reinstall them and see whether it still runs straight with hands off the handlebars. Then you know better how to proceed. But usually you could already see from the front with both wheels aligned and the bike standing on the main stand if something is wrong. BTW, there is a similar straightening procedure for the frame /steering.
