turns out it was my air filter. it was very dirty was usig it like that last year to get a little more fuel. over the winter working on it and dialing the carbs in very well it didnt need all that fuel. i pulled the filter and she screams on the top end but lost bottom end. so a new filter is gettin...

breaking up and sputtering around 5-6k
my bike runs ok when cold but when hot it starts to miss. it did this last summer a little bit but not like it is now. seems like something is getting worse. heres my setup no petcock on tank. only inline fuel filter and has no issues with fuel flowing the vacuum fuel shut off is taken off brand new...

yes your final coat of black do not sand. leave it alone. and do not sand in between coats of clear. do 3 to 4 coats of clear then let it dry for at least 24 hours. then you can go back with say 1500 grit and wet sand it out. then if you want you can go to 2000 grit and wet sand it out with that. af...

you have to have the right flux and the right solder for it to work right. you dont have to use the exact stuff in that thread others will work.
